The company said that initially Chetak will sell the electric scooter from the KTM showroom. Bajaj’s Chetak electric scooter will be available in two variants – Eco and Sport mode. The company will offer a range of 95 km in Eco mode, while in Sport mode this scooter will give a range of 85 km. The curtain will rise today even more than the price. An estimate is being made that the price of Eco variants can be Rs 90 thousand and the price of Sport variants can be Rs 1.5 lakh.
Chetak’s return in 6 colors
The 6 color option of the scooter will be available for customers. Integrated braking system will be available for the safety of this scooter. It will have a large digital instrument panel that will also support Bluetooth connectivity for smartphones and turn-by-turn navigation. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of getting front and rear disc brakes.
Bajaj Chetak’s look has changed
The Chetak electric scooter has been introduced under Bajaj’s electric brand Urbanite. The contrast stitching on the scooter’s seat gives it a premium feel. The overall look of the scooter is quite premium. At the same time, LED headlamps and tail lights, telescopic front forks and monoshock, stepped seats can be found. The new Bajaj will have a fixed type Li-Ion battery and will not be portable. It can be charged from a standard 5-15 amp outlet. Customers will also get the option of home charging station.

Chetak’s production was stopped in 2006 by Bajaj Twowheeler. Chetak scooter was first launched in 1972. In the last few years, Bajaj’s entire focus was on making bikes. But now once again the company is making a comeback in the world of scooters with electric scooters.
